At Flooret, we stand behind the quality of our flooring and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your project needs change, we offer a straightforward return process for unopened cartons within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request for any unopened, full cartons of flooring.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items on the original pallet or in protective packaging and arrange for freight pickup or drop-off using our discounted carrier rates.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
